Existing database - best way?

Existing database - best way?
I got Links up and running! My situation is I have an existing Web index site (www.sitesonline.com) that has about 9,000 websites stored in an Access database. Is there any way of importing this data besides having to physically copy and paste each record over??
Thanks for anyone's advice in advance!

To anathor, I had to remark, Hey, its a very long message, and I havnt read it all. But to you, I must remark the opposite.

Hello!

Export it using a delimiter sign or a symbol. Make sure that the tables are correctly organised in the way how Links.db reads the
the Fat file database. Although, I have no experience doing it, I can imagine that would work for sure.

After doing this, I would appreciate to answer my thread message as following, focusing your building pages <---> time.

I made a spelling mistake in the above message.

I meant

Flat file database.
