After upgrading to the new version I noticed that URL's get extra numbers behind the correct url.. Take a look @ http://www.elitecaraudio.com/Links/

If I update the pages it goes away for a few minutes but acts up again...

Anyone know what the problem could be??

I looked but do not see the problem. Where are the extra numbers appearing? Can you give a specific URL to look at?

shows up as http://www.angelfire.com/fl/LOWRIDERS|0| |, note the extra |0| |

most links have even more of that at the end..

how did you convert data.db?
if you did it manually, the problem could be from your text editor.
open your data.db and see if these extra charcter are there

How am I supposed to convert it, I diddnt know I needed to..

read the upgrade instruction that came with the script.
you can do it manually or using upgrade.pl
you need to remove all the null words
from links.db and category.db

I noticed it said that before but was trying to run the upgrade from the Links main dir once I moved it it got it

On categories.db do I delete the null words or delete the |null| (the |'s)????? and I see something about adding some cgi to my scripts, do I need to fo that as well???

i just removed null without|
and it worked for me

I do that but is changes it back after a few hours or so.. Weird.. I finally just changed permissions on links.db so it cant be written to..
