I delete and reconstruyed the databased, and now I have this error.

What is ?

How did you re-structure your database? Did you do it offline? Did you forget to assign a ID number to your records? If so, that is your problem.

Also, make sure that your link number is incrementing in the links.db and in the linksid.txt.

What is incrementing...increasing, growing, etc.
