Detailed link goes to wrong entry!

just did a build all and when i click on a new basic link to go to a detailed page via info.cgi it goes to the detailed page for a different entry!

any ideas how to solve this?
should i delete some of the .DB files and rebuild again?
which ones?

i have just noticed some id numbers are duplicated - there are two 929 id numbers etc., - not sure how this is possible but when i uploaded a backup this may have kept old numbers?

how can i make it rebuild all with individual numbers?
