Hi all
I am in a bit of a stick here, i just bought the mail program and after having dificulty installing finally got it installed.
However i was hoping for someone to guide me through the rest as i just signed up my self as a user in which i can send email however when i try to reply i never get the email back.
Another thing is i know the basics of telnet like moving to directorys and such but not how to run cron jobs.
Another is why is there not a great manual that comes with the program that idoits could understand, (the idiot part is me)
another thing is i read in the 4 page txt file that came with the software to run maint.pl everyday however i don't have it in the batch folder so i have no idea.
and so on
Please if anyone can please take me by the hand to get this all sorted as i am starting to wish i did not buy the program and gone with the program at http://www.webbasedemail.com as they have a huge manual that explains everything about there email software and how to use it.
Just a little help would be appricated.
Thanks
Kirk James
