Hi...

Is there a way to setup where there is no logon for those just viewing/searching but there is a login required for those adding, modifying, etc.? I'd like to have the general public be able to search categories from the home page without the logon and main screens coming up.

For those curious, you just pass in uid=default to the script (and make sure you allow default users by setting $auth_allow_default = 1).

So to go straight to the search page without logging in:

db.cgi?uid=default&view_search=1
