I went through the FAQs and the last post, however I wasn't able to put it together...

Here is my problem:
I have among others the two fields 'name' and 'maiden name'.
If the field 'name' is not empty AND the field 'maiden name' is empty then search in 'name' and 'maiden name'.
If the field 'name' is empty AND the field 'maiden name' is not empty the only search in 'maiden name'.
If the field 'name' is not empty AND the field 'maiden name' is not empty then search 'name' in 'name' and 'maiden name' in 'maiden name'.
