I have an email capture that creates an ASCII Tab delimited database. I need to find somthing to use to view this DB. Can I use DBMan for this?

Yes.

Just set the $delimiter variable in the default.cfg file to the same delimiter used in your database file. If you do not have record IDs in this other database, then you will have to make another field your $db_key. And also turn off the $db_tracking variable.
