Is it possible to put the Last Update Date for the whole database somewhere on the output ?

Yea...go here:

www.jpdeni.com/dbman/mods.html

(This site is linked in the Resource Center and has MANY DBMAN Mods in it!)

And download the What's New Mod!

Sorry, but that was NOT my question. I need dates on my page :
1. Date record was updated (no problem for this, there is a date-field in each record.

2. Date that the WHOLE database is updated. That's where I am looking for.

Uh..That Mod does what you want...

Look at the following example:

www.anthrotech.com/career/

Click on Enter Resume Center.

You will see a date and time when the database was last updated towards the bottom of the page.

Rather than using the DateAdded Field, use the DateModified field.

Eliot,

The What's New mod works fine. But can you help me a little bit with
'Rather than using the DateAdded Field, use the DateModified field.'

I don't understand this. Do I need to put a field extra ?

If you want to have a last modified field, then you will have to add a new field similar to your DateAdded field, but rename it to something like DateModified. TO add this field into your existing database, use the Mod I wrote in the Resource Center to automatically add an extra delimiter to your records.

Want more information? Search the forum! This has been discussed more than once before.
