I'm looking for the following Links 2 modification(s):

1) I need to get all listed links to point straight to the target URL without going through the jump.cgi.
I.e. normally any link is http://www.mylinks.com/...bin/jump.cgi?ID=1111
I need it to be: http://www.targeturl.com

This should be quite easy to do. It doesn't matter if hits counts will be lost.

2) ??? I would like to have own templates for each category.
I.e. normally all categories uses category.html template. I would like to use template A for category A, template B for category B and so on.

Hmmm... or is it same if I use own header / footer for each category?

Regarding number 2, why not use a different template set? i.e define Template_Set when adding/m,odifying a category, and then for that category set, simply edit only the template files you need (category/link etc)

But where I could define themplate_set(s) for categories, should I do it in the code?

I don't have in the admin panel / add/Modify category this kind of options.
I have only category id, name, description, related, meta desc, meta keywords and header + footer fields.
