Been getting the following error after i click on a link that calls the jump.cgi command:

CGI Error: No locks available
Message: unable to get exclusive lock. Reason: No locks available

....
it keeps going on.

Anybody seen this before?

Never seen it before, but I would assume it's a system error. Pass it on to your system admin and tell him flock()'s not working properly..
