CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

CGI open of tmpfile: No such file or directory

Located at C:\perl\lib\CGI.pm

change line 25, C:\winnt\temp is a good place.
