When I go to install the CGI, I know I have all the directories in the CGI correct but when I go to view the CGI, It says it is not found. some of my friends say it that I didn't CHMOD or something. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!?!?!?!

If I understand you correctly, I think your mistake is that you did not place your cgi programs in a special directory like cgi-bin or maybe you did not configure your web server properly.

This is my best guess without any more details.
