How do I upgrade from 2.0b3 to 2.0b4?
If I do whatever upgrade.txt says, is that enough? (I have 2.0b3 installed also I have translated all pages and error messages to different language)

OR, I should replace all files then remodify links.db, category.db and site_html.pl?

Could anyone tell me how to upgrade easily?

You should replace ALL files except everything in your data directory and you can keep site_html.pl (but not the template version!).
