I uploaded everything, brought up the admin, clicked on nph-build.cgi, I was able to build the pages once. Now I get the screen that asks if I want to download this file. I have checked all paths, permissions, etc. I erased everything cleared my cache and uploaded again. Same thing. Decided to give it one more shot, but out of my cgi-bin. Same thing. I'm hosted on Virtualis.

I'm stumped. Really like the program, but am frustrated. Thanks for any assistance.
