I started another post about this a few days ago. I was having trouble with sendmail, I finally gave up on send mail and switched to smtp and everything works ok except for one thing. When someone comes and modifies their listing the email mod text does not appear in the bottom text box where it normally shows up and no notice is sent to the web site owner. Before I switched over to smtp it did show up and was sent, naturally I have tried 666 and 777 permissions and nothing works. Has anyone run in to this before, any ideas where I should check to correct this problem. The smtp server I am using is not on the same web site web site but I would not think this would make any difference.
