"templates from the resources" everithing works but header and footer doesn't display, no error displays, just simply nothing shows only the resources with the proper data.

So you've put information in the header & footer fields of a category, and you want them to show up. You need to add
into your category.html template (where ever you want it). Then Build All, go to your Home Page and select the category that has the header, and it should show up(hit refresh).
