error with nph-*.cgi files

error with nph-*.cgi files
The scripts seems to work just perfekt, until I try to access one of the nph-*.cgi files (verify, etc.).
Whats wrong?? I have uploaded them in ASCII mode, changed the line to perl and chmod them to 755.

And it still doesn't work!!

Please read the COBALT-RAQ FAQ in the Links:FAQ:Links2.X section in the Resources section AND also search this forum for COBALT RAQ and you will find relevant Threads that should solve your problem!
