I have read all the posts dealing with NT and not being able to add categories. I have tried everything recommended to try, but am unable to get it to work. I get the same error everyone else listed, file not found errors. I have installed the patch, verified my paths, and everything appears to be correct. Your links in the admin section give a 404 error, so first set your file structure correctly

I deleted all files and started over, with the the same directory structure. Not everything seems to be running.
