How do you use htaccess? Or where is a link that I can learn about htaccess?
I password protect my admin directory and I can only access the directory when I delete the password protection.

It should be the one your host gives you to protect the pages....

According to tech support from my host, "Yes please delete those two files... you can't password protect a directory inside the cgi-bin. That's the problem."
