Thanks that corrected the problem. I deleted it because I realized I just showed the world my dir. structor

This needs to be the following:

$db_script_path = "/home/psparks/web/cgi-bin/links/admin";

I don't see any other problems. If you are still experiencing problems viewing your pages (after making this change), then I would HIGHLY recommend contacting your hosting company and asking for their assistance to debug this problem, because it seems to be a problem with your server configurations!
