I've been working with on my page for awhile now and this is the time I see this problem..

When I try to Build all it trys to download the nph-build... I havn't changed anything in any of the files all I've been doing was chaging the templates. Today is the first time this happend and I'm use the yahoo mod.

Go ahead and download it (save it with a different name or put it in a non-Links directory). Once you have downloaded it, open it up in an editor (Notepad or Wordpad) to see if it contains an error message. It should and will give you more information about what the problem is.
