Apologies, I posted this previously in the windows forum by mistake.

I installed links - no problem, however the total links is correct the category links is showing double the links that are actually in the category.

I have installed the single link multi category mod if this may have caused a problem, where should I check the code.

Found the problem in the nph_build.cgi file, under the build_stats sub, I had added the multi categories mod and left the line with ++, hence two entries.
