i think the instruction posted for cobalt users in the resource center is meant for raq1 and raq2 but when applied to raq3
it fixes all the problems but you can not build thru telnet, to solve this, DO NOT apply the first step
and you will be able to build thru the web and telnet.

just do not do this step:

nph-build.cgi

change:

to:
---------------
$use_html = 1;
---------------

i thought about adding it to the resource center but most of the solution is already provided by the original instruction and it would be better if he added the note to the instruction.
his e-mail is not listed so i could not contact him.

Welp...posting it in the forum ONLY risks the chance of losing the codes (since most users have problems searching the forums...WHY? I have no clue! ).

BTW: I originally posted the NPH file FAQ before the RAQ FAQ was added. May be you could add a FAQ like "Appendment to RAQ FAQ" or "Added Info for RAQ 3.0 Servers".
