I just realized that any of the links in my directory that have URLs are returning 404 errors. The URLs are correct when I try them normally. I tried a search and the only thing I found was a mention to remove the CSS references in the template, but I did that when I started customizing the templates.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks for your reply. I should have posted this morning that I figured out the problem. It had something to do with the modified jump.cgi file that I had uploaded and forgot to remove last week. Everything is working fine now. :-)
