I'm trying to find out how I can get my sub-categories to show up under my categories on the main page.

All of my categories have sub-categories, but they don't show up on the main page.

You need to either install the Yahoo subcategories mod or enter your subcategories as HTML into the main category description fields. The latter is my preferred method, as it gives more control over layout and once set up initially, rarely changes. Also, you don't get the 10+ forum posts a day about Yahoo subcategories not working for this or that reason...
