Does anyone have for me in a text or word file, documentation wich describes the structure of all the database files in links v 2.0

Go to the Resources Section (don't know where that's at? Click on the Resources link at the top of the page):

Links --> FAQs

There is a FAQ that links to a Thread in one of the Links 2.0 Forums where file/folder permissions and structure is provided....

Best thing to do is look in the Resources section FIRST, then search the forums, THEN post a topic if you cannot find an answer...
