CGI error-adding categories

I found a similar question asked months ago, but no answer posted, so here is the error message I am getting

I've gotten this far without asking for help, now I'm stuck. I'm sure it's probably just a minor mistake on my part, but I just can't find it.

It sort of solved itself Smile I did nothing that I know of, but when I went back to it later it worked fine. Go figure? Smile Like occassionally my links show up with an extra / in it, but if I reload it's fine.
