I looked at your files...(Please do not post duplicate Threads.)

Dan gave you some really good suggestions...Your paths to your files are not correct in the links.cfg file.

You need to set the variables in this file first and then try the scripts.

Make sure that all the permissions of the cgi scripts and data files are correct.
