The page loads in fine and builds fine, its just after every page loads in - It the says on the bottom of the browser Contacting host:localhost.
I have searched the links.cfg and the word localhost no longer appears anywhere in the document. Where else or what else should I be doing to find out why its trying to contact localhost after the page is fully loaded in correctly?

Try looking for it in links.css , you will find it there.
