I think I have a simple problem. I just cant change the backround to black. I have edited the links.css to point to a black backround. and even modified the html on each one of templates. Still no black backround. see problem in action here... http://www.gamingsource.com/pages/index.html

Looking at the URL you give, the page background is black but some of the table cells aren't.

Check in links.css and be sure you have the background changed exerywhere it needs to be black.

Not sure but I think you'll find it missing in:

/* Table cells
td
