404 after all set up???

404 after all set up???
Almost everything is working but when I build the pages and try to visit them i get the following???? 404 File Not Found
D:\m1e\MediaOne\htdocs\boulder\links.css
Any Ideas?

IT SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THIS CASCADING STYLE SHEET CRAP? IF I REMOVE THAT TAG FROM THE <HEAD> IT WORKS FINE? WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

You need to upload links.css file to your root pages directory.
