I've installed review.cgi from http://www.widgetz.com/review/ . And read a lot of mails in this list....

It works, yes.

I've set validation to manually, I don't want that users will post spam directly; I want a bit control.

I don't have found a script like /cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi?db=links&validate_form=1 ; but for the reviews.

Has anyone such a little script?

It is not a separate script. You need to re-read the instructions for the review.cgi script. The validation occurs in the existing admin.cgi script. You have to add codes in the admin.cgi and admin_html.pl files.
