Time Format
I have been trying to figure out how to change the 24 hour clock in links2 to a 12 hour clock and can not seem to figure it out or get it to work. If anyone knows of a way please respond

You need to edit the Time::Local module on your server. If you do not have physical access to it, then you will have to make a request to your Hosting Company to change that module for you.
