Is there any documentation or stable mods available to allow visitors to register and add reviews to a site built with Links 2.0?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of HotScripts which I believe used a modified version of Links SQL.

I don't intend it to be on the same subject, or have much else in common with it btw.
