Is there a mod out there that will do this.
What i need is a mod that will allow users placing links to add a price to their product or service. Like the way Cgi-Resources.com does it.

Yes, you can edit your "link.html" in your templates. Then you will have to edit other templates such as add.html, modify.html, email-add.txt, email-delet.txt, etc...

I have used this method for my site where I automatically link to the link submitters personal webpage.
