Please help with a multiple location form!!!
This is the code that i have already

Code:
<form method="GET" action="<%db_cgi_url%>/search.cgi">
<center>
<p><font face="Courier New, Courier, mono" size="2">
<input type="text" name="query"

size="20">
</font><font size="2">
<select name="select">
<option>Site4</option>
<option>Site3</option>
<option>Site2</option>
<option>Site1</option>
<option selected>Main Site</option>
</select>
<input type="submit" value="Search!" name="query">

</form>

What i am trying to do is when you choose the different options it goes to a differnt search site

like site1 goes to site1.mysite.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi
site2 goes to site2.mysite.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi
and so on and so on.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Gian

You need to use the Search Yahoo Redirection codes provided by Bmxer. Go to the Resource Center and look for his Mod.

If you cannot figure out how to add the redirection codes into your search.cgi, I wrote some code hacks that will do what you want...

Go here:

Again...search the forums...more carefully.

No word from Widgetz and I don't plan on hearing from him...he is too busy with school and work.
