befor i made a Q but i do not know my be no body understand it or i didd not convy the message well

my Q: How can i make the search as well as the categories and sub-cat in the first page?

that means if any body write like this http://www.myhomepage.com the search and cat and sub-cat will appear.

i tried to search but i could not find such topic!!

i mean when any body reqest my home page (index.html) the categories and sub cat should appear same as you reqest yahoo or any search engine
