Anybody know what problem it is???

Do you have a file in your /data/ folder called links.db.bak and CHMODed to 666???

And what if you don't have the links.db.back file in your data folder how do you get one?

Create one (a blank text file) called links.db.bak, then upload to your server and CHMOD to 666.

Thanks! I actually tried that before your reply to see if it would work and it did :)

But I've got new errors to contend with:
Couldn't rename! Had to copy. Strange: Permission denied
