Heh...where can I change font color of categories in search result pages? I have change the font color for links, but I have no idea where I should change it for categories...please help me!
In the $link_results output statements in the search.cgi file. Look for $category_clean in the file.

In search.cgi file I can not find $category_clean. I have found it in nph-build.cgi, but not for search_results display (just for new, cool, category,...). What should I do?

I apologize for the beginner's question, but just HOW do I define the font output in new.html, cool.html, rate_top.html etc.? Where exactly do I have to insert the html-code?

Uh...do you mean for the link outputs?
Look for $link_results, $top_rated, and $top_votes in your nph-build.cgi script.
Add font codes in-between the .= qq| and |;.
