Can anyone suggest me a different text editor?
My admin_html.pl can't be opened by a simple text editor because it's too big.
If I open it with the notepad or word it's all mess up.
I need a kind of program to easily open perl programs and easily customize them.
Can anyone suggest me one? possibly freeware?

I have had the same problem so I just use word to edit my large files.

Perhaps I am conservative in this regard, but I am still using the goold old Notepad for such purposes, never had problems with it.

I use NoteTab Pro for just about everything; about the best $10 I ever spent on software. Smile It's a little more now, but you can also get a free version with many of the features. See http://www.notetab.com/.

Well, you should post this in the discussion forum. Try arachanoid.com for arachnophilia. I hope I spelt that rihgt. Have used it for two years, works great.

I use Textpad http://www.textpad.com

It happily handles files over 25mb without any problems.

It's also very good...

I'm another Notetab pro user... so count that as two votes on that program.. damned useful especially the clipbook libraries...

Im using Home site 4.5 for all my files(cgi,html,etc).

LOL... come on man, it an handle a lot more than that; I've opened the entire ODP in TextPad!
