As you all have suggested, I have searched the forum as well as browsed through the resource section for a proper account/login/password mod. But yet to find a good one where a person can have an account and many links connected by it. So that he can log into his account and modify all this links

i've seen this in Links SQL .. but as a mod for links2.0 .. not .. yet

Thats for protecting admin.cgi....I wrote a mod to protect add/modify and list all the links you have in the database so you can pick one to modify.

Yep, I found it and sent it to RedRum. this is a userid / password Mod that he did that he did back in late May, early June. I just looked at it and it looks real good. I think it was pretty much debugged. I think I will install it!!!

However, you will need to contact him for you copy as he wanted to maintain control over it.

I use this password mod http://www.netchitecture.f2s.com/forumsites/passmod.php3. It uses the ID as the account number whereas RedRum's set up a separate account name.
