ODP2Links 1.0 beta1

This mod to Links 2.0 allow you to retrieve links of ODP project and add them to links.db database.

Features:

* Navigate categories from dmoz.org and add links
* Original Links fashion
* Easy installation
* Add multiple links at one time

ODP2Links uses some libraries from ODP++ program.

This mod was removed due to restrictions of ODP++ license.
I will work to rewrite code of ODP++ used.
Please let me know if somebody knows similar libraries from fetch ODP content.

hmm, would this mean i can't distribute my dmoz search mod? Because it basically rips from the search page, but it still doesn't use any of their html.

No, the ODP++ he is talking about is different (which is a commercial script offered by portalscripts.com) and has nothing to do with dmoz which you are using and is opensource.

I just added some libraries from ODP++ 3.0 script. I didn't steal their work.
I put their credits and copyright note on the top of their modules, based on "you can modify....blah blah"
My fault was do not recognize the difference between "modify" and distribute.
I like the Open Source movement and contribute to it with my script. My objective was not offend or steal the property of anybody!

Okay, sorry.....

Can you release it *without* the ODP ++ libraries? That way I can buy ODP ++ for myself and add them for my own personal use (as allowed by the ODP ++ people)
