the New LWP url checker mod gets keywords from a page. I want to know if when using this mod, search could be done on keyword also. Is it needed to have also 3 Shespalov mod rel1.0(mod for adding keywords)? And/or other files modification?

I believe the new LWP checker already does this.

To answer your other questions, you would need to add a Keywords field in your links.def file and then update your links.db file.
