This is just a suggestion. There are a lot of people (old-timers) still using links1. versions and I think it is getting confusing for the new comers as to how to modifiy the version 2.0 (compared to 1.1 this is totally different program, especially someone looking at it first time) and what is already available. My suggestion is to have seperate discussion area for the new script so does not get confusing.

Good idea!
People who have installed Links2 have no problem understanding what is going on, but when I was still on Links 1.1 it *did* get pretty confusing.

BTW, switching over to Links2 is a BREEZE, even if you had done tons of modifications from the boards here like I had. I highly recommend you switch! Much easier interface and many mods already worked in.

I think this is a great idea because I have my very own extremely modified version of Links 1.11 (http://www.simsearch.com) and don't wish to lose it all by upgrading and I would like a Links 1.11 Mods forum so I don't have to sort through the links 2.0 mods that don't pertain to me.
