I'm having more problems with Comments 3.0

When users click on the comments link next to each link
(it looks like Comments (2) ) it goes to the ratings breakdown page, but does not display any of the comments that people have written about that link.

How do I show the comments directly on this page?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
