The answer is WebAdverts.

If you want to know how to install properly with Links, do a search for "webadverts" and you should get lots of advise.

One note on Webadverts. Make sure your server allows SSI (Server side includes). Web Adverts requires a different call for every page, and without SSI I have not been able to get it set up correctly. If someone knows of a solution for this please advise.

Gotta tip my hat to WebAdverts as well. CGI-Resources.com would be a good place to find it. I use it and think for what you get it's great. It doesnt do keyword searching but if you could afford a script that does that, your buying me dinner. Then again, there has to be a way to tie the $keyword string into WebAverts no?

Anyway, I've used Accipiter, Open Adstream, and Ad Juggler and love WebAdverts for my personal site.....

If you go to the search page (link at the top of this page) and type in Webadverts into the words box and Mark Gilbert in the name box with exact name checked there are three posts. the detailed instructions I believe is what you are looking for.
