How to make the MAX Length of the URL Field?
One of my members of my site who added their URL faced a problem and the erorr msg said "URL Error, MAX Length 75"

How can I increase the allowed URL length beyond 75 in the add.cgi form and also the "add a link" in my ADMIN script?

there are lots of threads in this forum on how to do it...

edit the links.def file and look for the 75 next to the URL definition.

You can also edit the add.html etc files in the templates folder.

Just do a search and you will be amazed at what you can find....

Actually its funny right, I did a search for it and I found my answer, I just configured it and it works! This program kicks major a**.

I agree, it is a nice program with lots of support thru this forum. By searching you can answer almost every question you can come up somewhere in a thread. If not, there are some very knowledgeable folks who will help. And don't forget the FAQ section and Resources center for lots of great MODs.
