I Want to creat a Member Area. When The Person submit his site he can chose a password, his identifiant is his ID Ressources. After he can go to his area and here he can modify his ressources ......

Uh...yes, there are RESOURCES that will help you.

Search for Password Modify in the Resources section. I would suggest spending more than two minutes looking at resources in this forum and the Resources section.

Trust me...the resource you NEED is THERE!!!!

Umm, why dont YOU do a search and tell me what you find. Lets see.
ONE is e-mail password. Kool, can have the users password emailed to them.

SECOND, some new password modify mod that the link does not even work.

So lets see, wow, no links to mods. I have looked DOZENS of times, yet to find one.

So for my sake and the first posters sake, heck, for the sake of the rest of us looking for this kind of mod, were can we find one that is AVAILIBLE. :-)

Yes...there is one available. How do I know? I just saw it....it's called modify security something. Check the resource section again. Although I don't think that one offers the user to choose a password, but there might be others in there that do...I remember seeing a few. If you want to add a password option, just add a field to your database. Don't know how to add a field? It's been covered a bunch of times and instructions on adding fields can be found in the forum and I even think it's in the faq section of the site.

I'd not recommend to install Bobsie's modify Security something,.. I had it installed on my site and whenever someone wants to update EVERYTHING except his/her site URL, he/she just can't. An error "URL already in the database" appears....

I was now seeking for a password system for the modifying thing, as pointed to look in the resources section, and guess it...

Ideas on where to find it?
