Is there a way to change the search results so that instead of the category name being displayed on the clickable link, the category description is put there instead.

eg.. one of my categories is called Shopping. Instead of displaying 'Shopping' in the search results, I want to display it's description 'Shopping vouchers and gift certificates'

Nope...because search.cgi searches the links.db NOT the categories.db file where the Category Descriptions are stored.
